hildren have delicate skin and winter takes a toll on their skin. Keeping skin healthy and reducing rashes can be a challenge but good basic skin care can be a start. Creams are thick and must be squeezed out of a tube or dipped out of a tub. This is ideal at night when the cream will soak in slowly. Lotions, which can be pumped or poured, are useful in the mornings as they absorb into the skin quickly. Make sure to use a fragrance-free product as these can be irritating to skin. If none of these basic skin care approaches helps, see your doctor for evaluation.
