arsh Montana winters present challenges for nearly all skin types. The combination of cold temperatures,
low humidity, and wind cause the skin to dry out and lose its normal luster. Try these tips to keep your skin glowing: Use a moisturizing cleanser instead of soap. Switch to a high quality barrier cream moisturizer and apply it at least twice a day. Remember to apply your sunblock daily--preferably one containing zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Finally, dress appropriately to keep your face protected from extreme cold temperatures and windy conditions.
