In 1865, when Montana became a Terri- tory all forms of gambling were criminalized. Not until 1972 were forms of gambling legalized, such as poker and keno. By the 1990s, gambling made a huge comeback in the form of video gaming machines. In 2013 the state collected $14 million worth of taxes in one quarter. COOKING A HEARTY BREAKFAST, 1925.
