Stop in for a "Green River" at the old fashioned soda fountain at Cole Drug. 3. Float the Yellowstone River following the same path as Lewis and Clark. 4. Order a rifle or watch the making of one at C Sharps or Shiloh Rifle, two fine historic rifle manufacturers. 5. Shop the wonderful boutiques, clothing, quilting and hardware stores downtown Big Timber. 6. Picnic in Lion's Club Park as your children play on the cus- tom designed play area or take a dip in the pool. 7. Hike around the Natural Bridge area south of town or head north and hike to the waterfalls at Half Moon Park in the Crazies. 8. Enjoy the Rodeo Parade and Sweet Grass Fest the last weekend in June. 10 THiNgS yOu CaN DO ONLY iN SWEET graSS COuNTy S u m m E r i N riDiN' rOpiN' -N- rOCKiN' 2015 SWEET graSS FEST juNE 26-27 SwEEt graSS fESt is an event designed to bring visitors to Big Timber so that they can experience the authentic charm of its main street and witness the spectacular natural wonders in the county. The festival is rapidly becoming known for their taste in concert selection with focus on the southern country-rock sounds of red Dirt music. This year's main stage concerts will feature multi-platinum selling coun- try group, BlackHawk on Friday night as well as Austin, Texas singer/song- writer, kyle park on Saturday. Two other acts out of Texas, TJ Broscoff and Shotgun rider, perform on the event's main stage. Young country music sensation, Lexi Wyman from north-central North Dakota and Tris Munsick and the innocents from Sheridan, Wyoming round out the 2015 line-up. The Main Stage Concerts will be held under the Festival Tent in the American Legion parking lot on Anderson Street between 2nd and 3rd Street on Friday and Saturday Nights after the Big Timber rodeo performances. Sweet Grass Fest is produced by vi productions and is the primary fundraising activity for the Sweet Grass County Chamber of Commerce. Coupled with the Big Timber rodeo, whose roots run deep into the heart of rodeo history, Sweet Grass Fest is designed to share our special place.
