HEN YOU HEAR BEST OF MONTANA, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Well, if you're like us, you're liable to exclaim, "You must mean best in these United States."
Of course, we agree with you. Saying something is one of the Best in Montana is equivalent to saying
it's the best in the universe as far as we're concerned. We wouldn't presume to speak for Idaho, Wyoming,
or North Dakota, but if you want to call the contest "Best in the Known Universe 2023," we can't stop you.
At any rate, figuring out who and what is the best in Montana is no easy task; we can tell you that. But
you already know because you picked them.
We had over 73,000 votes and nominations this year in hundreds categories. The voting phase was
especially fierce, with hundreds and sometimes thousands of votes cast a day (and it didn't hurt that
there were two $500 cash drawings!). The results are in the following pages: the well-deserved winners
and finalists in your Best of Montana 2023.
