In most contracted relationships, Langlas is
not involved in a true design/build contract where
Langlas is responsible for both the project design
and the construction services. What we almost
always get involved with is a value engineering
effort to insure that the intended use of the
project has the highest quality for the best value.
Langlas is a family-owned business and has
