Mostly nocturnal, a Festival Fan will find rest under trees in a park or crashing on the couch of the friend of a friend. During daylight hours, you may glimpse A Peaceful Warrior just off in the dis- tance by a perfect bend in the river with golden sunlight dancing off the water. After a perfect day of fishing, they can be found sitting by a small pup-tent in the soft glow of a campfire under shooting stars on a clear night. Carries with them a fly-rod, net, and a palpable feeling of peace with the universe. No visible means of support. For an extra challenge, try to coordinate a Festival Freak's migration route by the tour dates on the t-shirts of their favorite bands. Bare footprints past signs that say, "No Shoes, No Service." And the Festival Freak that says, "Whoa, when did I step in that?" Good luck finding the evidence of any Peaceful Warriors. Don't you know? They Leave No Trace, Take Only Memories.
