FUN FACT: Paddlefish caviar is considered gold. Sport anglers
donate paddlefish eggs to the Glendive Chamber of Commerce and
Agriculture—the only organization in Montana allowed to sell the eggs.
Proceeds from caviar sales are donated to community groups across
Southeast Montana and also used for paddlefish preservation efforts.
