He hit some kind of invisible wall!

Then he saw it was
more than just a big ol

mountain of glass!
After taking a
smack to his bean,
Jim finally cleared
up the mystery.
The glass mountain
was actin

telescope, makin

far away things
look real close!
That ol

elk was really on
the next hillside over!
Jim found his bullets
stuck in the glass,
right where he
aimed them.
Turns out his rifle skills
were fine — it was the
mountain of glass that
blocked his shots!
