Finnish immigrants Otto and Senja Warila married in Red Lodge in 1911. Senja's wedding dress reflects the fashion of an earlier era. Weddings in Finland were sometimes three-day affairs. In Red Lodge, the community usually marked nuptials with a dance, paid for with contributions from friends and neighbors. Hunkpapa Lakota leader Rain in the Face and his wife Sati on their wed- ding day, circa 1889.
