William and Bertha (Pease) Owsley married in Twin Bridges on March 13, 1889. Like many couples, they donned their wedding clothes fora studio portrait. While black & white portraits are deceptive, not all brides wore white. Many dresses were soft pink, pale green, cream, or ecru.
