They have a list of specialty cocktails,
a number of local and regional beers on tap
and in bottles and a wine list that's
10 times longer than their menu.
So, after more than 10 years of anticipation, how has Bozeman
reacted to their first gastropub? Judging by the number of people
they serve seven nights a week, Bozeman has been dazzled.
"We've been very fortunate; they have supported us, and
we've been busy every night," Josh says. "People say it's comfortable, friendly and inviting."
And going into their first winter, they're only making minor
tweaks. Expect more late night small plates, a Sunday lobster
steak special, catering for holiday parties (and for their upstairs
party room that seats 40), and a full winter drink menu.
