in rooms together — surrounded
by women who offer perspective, a
mirror, expertise, resources, and real
connection.
For more than six years, Sky Oro has
been intentionally building those
rooms. In a world that increasingly
pushes connection through screens,
Sky Oro remains rooted in in-person
experiences where growth happens
face-to-face. Here, women gather to
share what they're building, name
what's hard, ask for the support
that they need, exchange resources,
challenge one another with care, and
move forward together with clarity and
