Founded by Babs Noelle over two
decades ago, Alara was built on
a simple but radical idea: jewelry
shopping should feel fun and
empowering rather than intimidating.
Rejecting the traditional and stuffy
"across the counter" model in favor
of a more collaborative, European-
inspired layout, where guests and
jewelers work side by side; creating
an environment that invites curiosity,
conversation, and thoughtful
decision-making.
Alongside in-house designs from its
own atelier, Alara curates the work of
more than 80 independent designers
