INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Botanical Gin (recommend something
with a pronounced juniper and citrus profile)
¾ ounces Glacier Distilling Huckleberry Liqueur
1 ounces Lillet Blanc (or alternative as discussed)
METHOD
Chill Glassware: Place your martini glass in the freezer or chill with ice water.
PREPARE THE COCKTAIL
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in the gin, Huckleberry Liqueur, and Lillet Blanc.
Stir well for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the mix slightly without clouding
the drink.
STRAIN AND SERVE
Strain into your chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel,
expressed over the drink
to release its oils.
