3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh morel mushrooms,
cleaned and halved
½ cup huckleberries
2 carrots, sliced
1 parsnip, diced
SEASONING BLEND
1 tablespoon ground sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon chokecherry powder
1 tablespoon culinary juniper berries crushed
(note: use ONLY culinary juniper berries from
Juniperus communis variety)
Zest of 1 lemon
LIQUID
½ cup Montana white wine
(Pinot Gris recommended)
¼ cup fish or vegetable stock
