the Godfather, a
classic 1970s cocktail named after the film,
and mixologist and bartender Clint decid-
ed that simple was superior: the result is
the Montana Mafia. It's delicious and will
pair wonderfully with the osso buco.

quality Montana spirits. RIVER ROCK GIN (vot-
ed best in Montana) is a singular Old Tom
Style Gin, aged in three different types of
oak, giving it whiskey characteristics on
the front end and floral, citrus gin notes to
finish. WOODS ROSE AMARETTO serves a luxuri-
ously smoky almond flavor finished with a
light touch of rose. Here served together
