inter swallowed most of our springtime this year.
It wasn't until mid-May that one of the coldest
winters in recent memory finally began yielding
to warmer weather.
For us, summer always kicks off with our big summer is-
sue, and we couldn't be more excited than we are this year,
especially because it inaugurates the voting phase of our sec-
ond annual Best of Montana contest. The contest has become
very popular, with participation in the nomination phase ear-
lier this year up 400% over 2022!
Mike Walker, whose nomination of The Oxen Yoke in Uti-
ca, Montana, was randomly selected out of all 23,236 nom-
inations for the $500 cash sweepstakes drawing and has re-
ceived his prize. Congratulations, Mike! One lucky winner
who votes for their favorite businesses between June 15 and
July 20 will also win a $500 cash prize.
The more you vote, the more likely you are to win. You can vote up to one time per
day per category, so don't hold back! Vote daily and in as many categories as possi-
ble, and you could be the big winner of $500 cash along with a free subscription to
