"Avalanche Lake" It was cloudy as we hiked in,
hiding the gorgeous mountains. Patience paid off,
and after a while, the clouds began to lift.

"HYALITE CANYON MORNING" I took this image at Hyalite Canyon in Bozeman.
I reached the reservoir while it was still dark and waited to capture some sunrise
pictures, but as it began to drizzle, I considered heading back to my warm bed.
While it was too overcast for sunrise, the wait was worth it; this photo is evidence
of that! As the darkness turned to light, the rain stopped, and the fog that had en-
veloped the reservoir began to rise, so I was able to capture this gorgeous image.

"ALONG THE BANKS OF THE YELLOWSTONE" Captured this while traveling in
Yellowstone with my parents about a year ago. It was just the right time of year to
get all the colors. I was fortunate to get this.
