in our Fall issue! Fiction writer Francis Davis
grew up in Philadelphia, but after coming West
for his M.F.A.and Ph.D, he's lived in Montana for
20 years. He's worked as a journalist and now
teaches writing at the University of Montana
Western in Dillon. His fiction has appeared in
Story, Natural Bridge, and Weber: The Contem-
porary West. His first book, West of Love, was
published by Brighthorse Books in 2017.
