GAL. We love the new name and the fun we are having creating this magazine with some of Montana's most interesting and vibrant women. You will find stories and photos that inspire, inform and, we
promise, make you laugh. What could be better for us Montana gals than to meet Montana women like Sarah Calhoun, owner of Montana Red Ants Pants, or Amy Sowers, boxing champ, and a young woman named "Montana" and her passion about life and horses.
We have advice from life coaches, from chefs, from wellness and money ex- perts, from all manner of gals, all distinct in their own way. We will tell you what is happening around the state – places or organizations that are "stand up" or "stand out". JAN OFFUTT worked as a writer/producer at Needham Harper & Steers in Chicago and a television advertising producer in Los Ange- les. Later she became a painter in Santa Barbara. She now resides in Bozeman with her husband.
